Project Description

Locanda Locatelli is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair, London. Owned by the highly regarded Giorgio Locatelli and his wife Plaxy, the restaurant is noted for its luxury, conviviality and beautiful Italian dishes. The design of the site is defined by a split-screen structure, inspired by the restaurants double 'L' lockup and Giorgio's strong links to food editorial. The left portion houses the main navigation and sub-categories with the page content contained within the right. This emphasis on the navigation creates a clearly defined user journey, aiding in the exploration of the restaurants food and drink menu as well as its extensive wine list.
